Analyzing Teacher Shortages in Quebec / Analyse de la pénurie des enseignants au Québec

After diving into the recent press release from the Quebec Ministry of Education on vacant teacher positions (September 5 2023), we decided to leverage the capabilities of Power BI to visualize this data.

Our primary observations? Challenges aren't evenly distributed. Particularly, Lanaudière appears to have a concerning vacancy rate, largely due to part-time positions of less than 100%.
